“Pierre D’affutage”Cette pierre est spéciale pour l’affutage des rasoirs, lames de rasoirs mécaniques et tout les instruments à fil dèlicat. Pour le rasoir l’employer comme sur un cuir ordinaire. Pour les Lames de rasoirs mècaniques, employer le porte-lames. Pout tous autres instruments à fil dèlicat, affuter comme on en a l’habitude en n’employant que la pierre. Ne rien mettre sur la pierre qui doit être employer a xxx, et me pas appuyer pour affûter.”

“This stone is intended for sharpening razors, mechanical razor blades, and all instruments with a fine edge. For a razor, use it as you would with an ordinary leather strop. For razor blades, use the blade holder. For other instruments with a fine edge, sharpen as you would normally do, only using the stone. Don’t put anything on the stone as it needs to be used dry, and don’t bear down when sharpening.”
